I'll start it off with:
Today I got the lawn tractor ready for another mowing season. And shopped for a new angle grinder with a few accessories.

Sang with a first-class (has professional musicians in it) church choir. I sing, they're musicians, there is a difference

Me too. We're putting on a very technical Oratorio Sunday evening. Evening is good cause the composer likes to punish Tenors.

I've been planting a large number of trees and bushes cause we lost 3 big beds last year to that rose virus and I have a huge party at my house in June and I have a lot to get ready.

I've got a sad feeling we'll be his full time people before too much longer.

Took my bicycle out for the first ride of the season. Just a short 12km hop around town, but the first ride always reminds me how fat and lazy I've gotten through the winter.

I picked up tickets to see Expire, Take it Personal, Values, Brickshot and Family values tonight.

I don't think that it's anyone else's cup of tea 'round these parts, but I'm excited to be going back to my first show since our daughter was born.

Now if only we could get the band back together..

Daughter remarked how it would be nice to have a plot next to my wife and mine in the local cemetery, so we went out and bought her one.
Not the most exciting of things.

I saved a tilting vise from the scrap pile by fabricating a new screw for the movable jaw.

Spent 7 hours making a top for a $15 beer mug. 7 hrs. × $90 per hr. =$630. I will never understand me.

Took advantage of the nice weather and went out to the airport and ran the engine on my plane. Can't go flying because I've temporarily lost my medical due to ongoing medical treatments, but I sure wanted to. The circuit was really busy ( the pattern for folks south of the border) including a T28 Texan doing touch and goes....I really wanted to go flying with that airplane just ahead of me! Can hardly wait to get my medical back in August/September.
