Does anyone know how to embed a video into an email so that it plays in the email and doesn't link you back to youtube or wherever?

While I was trying to do this I found this video:

That depends entirely on the recipient's email client. If they're using the web version of Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, their own proprietary work-provided email, every setup will be different, just as if they're using Apple's Mail.app, ThunderBird, Outlook, etc., all email clients will handle an email differently depending on their individual configuration.

Well apparently Apple's Mail does it because I can receive them, but I can't send myself one that will display in the email.
