Seems to be somewhat universal service after reading posts from the Licensing & Title forum. Dave H, was reading your post about DMV issues and remembered a little clip from Family Guy. Ahh...government efficiency :D

I'll have to admit the DMV offices I've visited in Oregon have been very helpful. Sounds like Jack has had some really good service in his part of the state too.
