Post subject:  Hayabusa engine - nearly vertical, okay?

I have a question: Is it okay for the Hayabusa engine to "tilt/lean" less then std?
When the engine is fitted orginal in the bike, it tilt/lean to one side (the exhaust side of the engine)
I am working on installing this engine in a small sports car and was wondering if it would be okay if the engine would tilt appr. 15° less to the side, so it will be nearly vertical positioned.
Should that be a problem? The only issue I can see, is that a very small portion of motor oil will not be cleaned out of the engine, when changing oil, but I can solve that, anything else?
THANKS.

A few seconds is not a big deal, but all the time? Possibly.

The level won't indicate correctly, the crank and rods may dip into and aerate the oil, and the drain back rate to the sump can be reduced, with increased possiblity of starvation at high rpm depending on how you augment the system for lateral g.

Your motor. Do what you want.

The oil pump pickup is in the wrong place for what you're trying to do.
With some careful tweaks you might make it work, but with the trans underwater it'll waste a lot of energy and foam the oil...

Thanks guys for your advices.
I will modify the chassis in my car to be able to have the engine in correct position.

Miatabusa is going to be kinda expensive, if it ever gets available for public purchase.

It IS neat though.
