Looks really good so far. Nice and clean finish!

I'm not really crazy about the brake light switch though...

What seats are those you have? And what diff is that?

I'm planning an R1 build of some kind (middy or front engine not yet determined) and have an S2000 diff.

Thanks,
Mike

It's a Ford 8.8 IRS out of a Mark 8 it's the only car of the tbird and the cougar that had an aluminum diff housing. It's overkill for these engines but it's what the kit uses. Also it's a 3.27 ratio and with becs I wouldn't run much taller because of the fact they allready have gearing after the gears. The seats are Sparco Sprints if I remember correctly. Their not FIA approved but the only good seats that would fit for under $1 000. Yeah I've heard that a non hydraulic switch is a better way to go. Oh and get a pedal setup that's ready to go our universal balance bar and fabbed pedal works but it's not the greatest.

Cool! I just hope you didn't pay the $290 USD for the prop adapter that Deman sells when you can buy the same piece from Hawk Machine for $75. :)

That's the one thing about buying a kit. My dad chose to get everything from him (I wanted to source some stuff on our own.) Having said that we're dissappointed with the adapter. The splines are poorly cut and my dad had to machine the back down to get enough thread engagment. Other ppl on this site have had the same issues as well.
