I found this searching for Lathe mounted tube notchers http://youtu.be/cqCq5v44V1c the price isn't that bad either and they have some nice and somewhat locost accessories too the webiste for them is http://www.notchingbuddy.com/ :cheers:

You can shim the holder for offset notches.

I haven't needed to do any bent tube with it yet. I imagine a shorter angle-iron clamp piece would work, as long as you could still keep it secure. Or utilize some sort of shim.
