Hey guys... got tripped up in the cables in an embarrassing welding incident, and ended up knocking my tank over and broke my gauges

I haven't done any research yet... Do you know a source for not expensive, 'I'm just a hobbyist' replacement gauges?

Yeah you won't be able to beat Ebay. Just do yourself a favor and get a used name-brand part. A perk of that is that if need-be, you can send them in for repair, I've done that a couple times for the regulator, way cheaper than buying a new one.

If only the gauges are broke, you can usually get replacements at a welding shop for not too much.

Emissions & fuel economy haven't exactly been areas of strength for past rotary power plants, but absolutely no one with a soul has ever cared.

I am guessing you are using an electrical type welding process (if so stop reading), if not and you are using oxyacetylene then check around locally first then check eBay. I've come across dozens of higher end 2 stage oxyacetylene regulators/gauges for $5-10 a piece from closing shops/auctions. No one knows what they are or how to use them anymore. Even to rebuild regulators, replacement seals cost next to nothing.

Got lucky- no rocket tank... as it fell over all I could think was that thing's gonna shoot over into the car's finished paint.. don't! don't! don't!.. then it just flopped over, and mercifully only the gauges and my pride were hurt

..thanks again-- this gives me a direction as I plan to fix this soon..

I have my MIG cylinder strapped to the cart and the TIG bottle chained to the wall.
