The Borg Warner S4201 is good from 0-135 PSI.
0-5V output, 5V input.
They run about $25.00 from the auto parts store, and are fuel/oil rated. The connector is the same as GM TPS, and a Pico 5643PT pigtail will work.

Take the output voltage, subtract .5V, then multiply by 30, and you get PSI

Major savings over some of the aftermarket options.

Thanks! I wonder if I will need to do a conversion since hondata may do it.

I have the S300 v1 though. Maybe it's time for an upgrade

You can build the most awesome thing in the world but at some point, an 80yr old man in a crx is probably going kick your butt on the track... don't ask me how I know.

not sure how hondata works but i use romraider. In the logger def file i can enter in any type of calculations and it will read out pressure.

Im using a 3 wire 0-5v 0-100psi sensor/transducer. Formula being psi=(v*25)-12.5. The sensor output goes to an unused tgv input to the stock ecu. you may be able to use a rear o2 sensor input or something

most 0-5v sensor have a .5v to 4.5v range. for a 135psi sensor, i would use formula psi=(v*33.75)-16.875

Cute. I have a daughter about her age too. I've been giving her some welding lessons. Made some stick figure people out of 1/2" round bar. Both got sun burned cheeks from watching through the loaner goggles.

these threads make me sad. He turbo charged his stock engine with over 200k miles on it with the same turbo and he is making 393hp & 288tq to the wheels without issue....

Then again they always leave out crucial bits like the previous two engines they blew up.

I see in your picture you have an ATI balancer. Edit: Ignore the rest. had a wrong understanding of the ATi damper until just very recently

Gross.

The head has the same carbon deposits so I will need to clean that up. Seems like a lot for 500miles. Can it just be from the car running like garbage when the bearings were on their way out? Other wise the cams, cylinder walls etc all look good.

could be rings not sealed yet, could be a rich break in tune, could be other things.500 miles to go through a set of rings (i meant bearings) sounds pretty bad. I wonder if you have a pickup tube air leak or something. I blew one up in 2k miles once, but it was on a slap together build in February with very cold start and beating on it too soon.

Some people never have anything except ideas. Go do it.
Emissions & fuel economy haven't exactly been areas of strength for past rotary power plants, but absolutely no one with a soul has ever cared.
