Maybe I missed something but I never saw where the center differential was listed. Isn't that transfer case just that, a transfer case?
You'd want to scour an AWD based system like form a Trailblazer SS, Typhoon etc...still probably gonna have to worry about bellhousings, flywheels and such.
The other issue I see if you are using a trans and transfer case, then have to sent the power to a rear diff, this thing is going to be looooong....unless you plan to go front mounted mid-engine layout. Just keep the engine behind the front axles (like Ken Block's car or a Corvette or...)
