I wonder if he bought the frame because the frame looks quite good. But the rest of the car has some big issues, like holding an exhaust on with rubber bungies, no floor under legs and feet, wheels pointing in several different directions. I know its supposed to be LoCost but that has really cheap parts everywhere, intake, wheels, exhaust etc.

He did make the frame, Shade tree style

I remember this car he had to really rush as he was outside so he could seal the frame to avoid the rust. I guess we can forgive a few rough edges when he built the car so quickly.
