You should be able to get some curve, I used 1/4" thick Lexan on mine. Try posting on the Stalker forum, I am sure you should receive some input there.

Curious, assuming this is to be a road legal vehicle, does Lexan or Plexi count as "safety glass"?

The stalker forum is a private stalker builders-owners forum, but if you give them a call at Brunton Automotive, if you are building a Stalker, they could give access. Lots of great information there. Also, I recommend you use Margard Lexan, pretty durable stuff. I had to throw out my initial plexiglass one because it had become so scratched and yellowed, you could hardly see out of it when driving into a low sun or headlights. The Margard Lexan is much better...... In my experience.

Plexiglas can be formed by heating, which is also probably better than the built in stress you'd have if bent cold.

Maybe try Tap Plastics and see if they'll do something like that; I know they regularly do simple bends.

Lexan can also be formed by heating, but it is tricky because if you get one area too hot it isn't clear any more.

I would look for curved glass. I know this has been discussed before, and it is near impossible to get the shape you want off the shelf, or from the local recycler. Another way is to use 2 or more flat pieces, but I doubt that would satisfy.
