I was just watching "Wheeler Dealers" on HD Theater and they were working on a 1985 BMW 635 CSI. While they were taking apart the interior I noticed the rear seat had two individual bucket seats that were formed out of some type of material (fiberglass????) and then covered with upholstery. They looked very narrow. I could not tell if they would be self supporting but it might be worth looking at the next time your at the scrappy. Russ
