I started out with gauges out of a Fiat spider and I thought they looked pretty good. They also fit the 4 in holes in my dash from a Datsun roadster. Then I found out that I couldn't find the right senders for the gauges because I don't know the year of the Fiat. So I started over and found a nice set of gauges from SpeedHut.com. The gauges are all electric and I could program the fuel gauge to work with the fuel send that I put in my tank. Take a look via the link below. The gauge lettering lights up nice and bright and I was able to chose the light colors I wanted. I have the letter light up white and the dial lights up red. I was also able to have "Lotus" printed on the gauges.

Just gorgeous!

It looks worthy of a Jag saloon car or even a Bentley.

Sorry this has taken me so long to reply. It's not wood it's some laminate film I picked up in Japan. Maybe you could find it online. It's called Flex Film, it comes in 50x100cm size. You pull the backing off and apply it using a blow dryer or heat gun. The stuff streches well and looks pretty good. If comes in many different colors and patterns. Good luck.

Chuck.

Look for Di-Noc Of Carbon Fiber Fame, they have some interesting Wood Colors/Styles available.
