Hi! Just want to share what we did on our ongoing Rapid 7 Roadster build here in PH.
We used a Mazda Miata Stock Gauge incorporated on a Carbon Fiber Dash.

Nicely done. The cluster needs a sunvisor. It looks like the salvage yard wrote on the lens! :BH:

If you put the cluster in the middle of the car, it allows the controls and the steering wheel to be closer to the dash panel and allows the steering wheel to be much smaller without obscuring the view of the intruments, quickening the rate and making it easier to get in and out of the car. There are a couple Grant adapters that will fit the miata column with slight modification. You keep the clock spring (for the horn) and modify the adapter to clear it and the back of the steering wheel.
