I recently got my new steering wheel and quick release and thought I would share here in the interior section. Its also posted in my build thread. The steering wheel is an OMP Trecento 300 mm. The quick release is a NRG 2.5 generation with a SRK-160H short hub. It is capable of retaining the factory horn function, but since I removed my clock spring and stalks, I won't be using that function, and will be using buttons on the dash. I still plan on removing the key cylinder and going with a start button on the dash.

It comes with a 1.5" diameter OMP horn button, which I will be replacing with a Lotus 7 symbol.

I also have the NRG 2.5 that I installed earlier this Spring. It is infinitely better than the e-Bay QR that I had for the last few years. The e-Bay steering shaft adapter and wheel work with the NRG QR.

Just a quick note about removable steering wheels. Lock them up somehow when you leave your car. I had mine stolen yesterday. :x

Sorry to hear that. I was planning on either locking it under the planned lockable tonneau cover or taking it with me whenever I leave the car.

How did you get your car home?

I did have some luck there, I ran into my wife in the store, and I had the old bolt on wheel at home. So I didn't lose any driving time. The weather here has been great and I've almost doubled my miles in the last month.
