I was watching the 2014 episode of Gearz that is titled "Katzkin/Street Sweeper III" and when he needed to update the dash on their 73 Plymouth he pulled out a replacement dash section that had all the right gauges and fit into the old hole perfectly.

I thought that might be just the ticket for someone to really finish your product out and make it look professionally finished. There's bound to be an application that you could work around.

He also had a fiberglass console from another manufacturer http://www.modernclassicsinteriors.com/

I know none of them would really fit, but maybe one could be modified to also finish out the interior. Suddenly I'm a little surprised that there's no console options out there.
