Something I found at the JY that has proven to cheap and very versatile.

It is door seal from an early Focus. While designed for a specific application, I've found it to be pretty universal in its use. It is somewhat klunky looking, but really does the job. I used it as both door and window seal on my Sunbeam.

It does a much better job than the original Sunbeam material. Also, is easily stripped from the Focus. Just thought others might be interested.

For those hoping to Google for something similar, the generic name for this sort of moulding is "pinchweld". It can be found with and without the attached "bubble" portion.

Hope this is helpful,

Dominic

Cool stuff, just what I was looking for to trim the holes in my hood. Googling "picnhweld" took me to mostly .au sites, but McMaster-Carr had it under "moulding". Ordered 25 ft. for just $22. Plus shipping.
