Has anyone here extended the mounting points for their nosecone forward more to achieve the more Caterham long hood look?

The Caterham look comes from the scuttle and windshield being mounted further back, with a shorter cockpit side opening, rather than from the nosecone being mounted further forward. I am aware of at least one person doing this in a (successful) effort to combat buffeting. http://www.locostusa.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=11473

Thanks for the link. I've been debating this as well however with the way the chassis is made to do this properly for a longer hood rather than the scuttle being lengthened I would need a new frame. Moving the nosecone should achieve the same resulting look of a long hood, even if the scuttle is more forward.
