I ran into this video on YouTube.

It's from a Japanese company that is making aftermarket parts for the Caterham 7.

I think it's quite clever and there are multiple configurations possible.

What do you think?

I have seen that video as well. How will those fit to our different sized chassis though?
I'm really considering a bikini top, side door, but most likely made out of aluminum.

I doubt it would fit, but it is food for thought. It might fit a book chassis.

From a design concept standpoint, it is easily convertible from one function to another. I'd like to see where he stores the various pieces in the car. I think it is very optimistic to think it might fit any one of our builds. Our cars are not duplicates of the Caterham. The book- Locost has a more forward windshield and a level, rather than sloping entrance opening. For someone to roll their own would be easy enough using this concept though.

It still is not weatherproof with no rear enclosure. There are many UK companies that make similar aftermarket weather equipment for Caterhams.
