Here is what I am doing SS baffeled tank, out with #8 to screen filter to Wallburo pump out with #6 to a Fram GM type filter to the fuel rail from other end of rail to Reg. to tank.
I think this is correct and hope it helps others like me who cant remember what I had in mind when I started car.

Yes that's correct, and the prs regulator does reference manifold pressure.
