Cause it's cheap and it was used in the donor car for part of the fuel line and with a bit of heat can be easily bent...

...any reason why I can't just plumb the entire Locost with Nylon fuel lines? The 95 Camaro EFI used that stuff for part of the trip, the Dorman 800-074 has a burst PSI of somewhere over 10x my fuel pump's output, etc (or so I think).

Am I missing something?

I used plastic tubing for all my fuel lines, even though I'm an instrument mechanic and running stainless tubing is something I do lots of at work and I had access to free tubing. I used Sinflex, it's a reinforced plastic tubing with Teflon lining used for truck air brake systems. It stands up to gas and oil, and the stuff I used is rated for 300 psi, so plenty for fuel lines. It's available at any heavy truck shop, as well as brass compression fittings. I used stainless steel fittings from work for my setup though, because I had a bunch of used ones that I've scavenged over the years.

I wouldn't. I'm using hardline and AN hose because I towed too many burned-out 80s-90s GM vehicles with plastic fuel lines...
