My former neighbor ran a Triumph in SCCA racing, and things got real exciting when his fuel line -- run inside of the cockpit -- rubbed thru and ruptured.

Then again I can imagine things getting real interesting if something happens to the driveshaft, etc if you run stuff thru the tunnel.

Where did you run your fuel lines, brake lines, and wires that had to go from front to back?

Thanks!

Tim

There was a fairly extensive thread on that here several months ago.

Mine is through the tunnel with the brake line and the wiring, but there is a 1" drive shaft hoop between the gas line everything and the drive shaft.

Tunnel. So far so good.

I ran mine through the tunnel through a piece of tubing (electrical conduit) slightly larger than the fuel line. If they leak this sleeve will route the fuel out the front or rear so it can't pool in the floorpan. At least that's the theory. No mileage on it yet
