Not sure I'd take this chance.

Oz maybe? I know they permit some pretty long combinations on the rural highways. ..

Probably Brazil. "Veiculo Longo" is Portuguese.

Yep, definitely not Australia - they Portugese signage and in-car dialogue is the first giveaway. Driving on the right is the other :)

Here's some YouTube of Australian roadtrains (which are length limited these days to "only" 176 ft)

 I supposed it would help if I paid closer attention. .. dang tiny screens
Limited to 176' thats what 5-6 trailers? I bet a heavy crosswind is a scary proposition.
Kinda gives "going down the highway" a whole new meaning :ack:
They were still fighting about allowing triples on rural highways up here the last time I looked into it, anyone know if they're allowed in the US yet?

The longest combinations on public roads are 2AB Quad, which is 4 trailers - see the Wikipedia article for lots of info http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Road_train#Trailer_arrangements. Longer arrangements are allowed on private roads or by permit and these are seen in large mining operations in the west.

With roughly 26 million people in a country with about the same area as the contiguous 48 US states, train lines are rarely cost effective here so heavy road transport has grown to fill that role. Having been passed by some of these long combinations out on country roads (although not yet by a 4 trailer) I can confirm they're an impressive sight
