I drove one a few years ago during the 6 hours of Sebring. 3 drivers, with a mandatory driver switch after 2 hours. We had an oversize fuel cell so we could run 2 hours without stopping for gas. I was the first driver, started 42nd, after 2 hours I was 14th. Second driver went from 14th to 7th is 2 hours. Third driver made 5 laps before the motor blew. There was a variety of cars, mostly full out race cars but the Thunder Roadsters, held their own and for the cost to run, you can not beat it. Except of course if you let someone lighten the crank and it breaks.

I'm pretty sure it's been on ebay a couple of times and not met the reserve.
