Looks great, but you're crazy for driving that in Vancouver.

Also, I find it a bit funny that you blacked out your license plate in the last photo, but not the first two. Might want to get those as well, if you're the paranoid type.

the steering rack is a modified mini rack, the front uprights are triumph spitfire , the rotors ,hubs, and spindles are tr6. the front brake calipers are wilwood 2 pot dynolite. the complete peddle assembly is wilwood but i did modify it.

the dash is an AIM unit for gokart racing it has sensors for speed, tach, 2 temp inputs, accelerometer, and transponder for lap timeing.

this is my led indicator unit. the 2 greens are left and right turn signals, the red light is the neutral indicator. and the 6 amber lights are the gear indicaters 1st through 6th.

the cycle wings are from carbon mods and are originally for a super 7

in this pic you can see the battery box, and also the alloy fuel cell mounted to the floor just under the steering. also note the left hand shifter.

here in B.C its classified as a three wheeled vehicle. you dont need a bike license to drive it. the definition for a motorbike is that the rider stradles the seat and the rider is not enclosed in a frame. I am inbetween a bike and a car therefore i get a different classification. For my style vehicle i dont need bumpers, windshield, heater, wipers and i also dont need a reverse as it was deemed that the vehicle is light enough to just push if needed.

Nice build! 6 months to build?!? I'm jealous, mine will be more like 6 years. Regardless, how do you like having the front completely open? I'm on the fence as to closing mine in or leaving it open. Is it annoying constantly having the wind blowing up your pant legs and/or getting hit by rocks and debris kicked up by other cars?

I like it. Nice job overall. I'm not trying to get you to change what you have, but I want to share with you what I've noticed.

I see why you had to install the swaybar with the offset bushings. Here is a suggestion for an improvement on the swaybar.

The lca has a bending load from the coilover. It looks like you used .250" so it probably isn't major but you could have used .125" throughout for less weight and just as stiff if not more so.

What mods did you do to the engine? Did you regrind the cams, change compression, etc?

these are not street legal to use as headlights. i did have to remove them and use the Hella lights that you see on the first page.

Way cool even for a Kawasaki! (Should be yellow  )

Thought about some panels here and there - maybe a trip to a motorcycle wreckers on a Sat morning and see if some splash panels here and there enhance the look?

Grats, well done

Did you do the CF fenders yourself or did you purchase those?

OMG! I love it! I'm thinking about doing a reverse trike myself, so it's great seeing one done.

You say the handling is amazing. How's the balance? Crazy oversteer? That's one thing that concerns me about one drive wheel-traction.

How are the wind and debris? I remember reading about Locost guys even getting gravel from their own tires. How is it when you're fully open?

the wind is no problem , i have a full face helmet that i wear. the debris isnt really a problem either, just leave enough space to the car ahead if it is a gravely road. the balance is amazing my longditudanal cg is right under my seat with me in the seat. turn in is supper crisp you can enter corners way faster than you think you should. Turns that i have done in my evo at 60mph i can take at 80+ mph in the trike. It really is such a blast to drive and turns heads everywhere i go.
