It has long been written nothing but construction continues. Takes a lot of time working on the bodywork. A free time from work a little sadly.

I want to show next to my mind turning, the stage of the project. Specifically, the frame entirely welding, processed air and sand and painted! For me this is a very serious step, now that would go for the assembly machine.
weigh frame 110 kg - 242,506 pound

I think you are doing a beautiful job. I look forward to seeing the completed car. Do you have a picture of the donor vehicle?

Hello Odessa,
Great build ! I am also using Lada parts for the suspension . I see you made Haynes wishbones, did you change any of the dimensions and how does it clear the steering column in your setup ?
Cheers from Bulgaria .

if you are going to build a car that uses old technology like a lotus 7, then maybe you should use a donor with the same era technology.

no wonder the russians put a satalite into space before anyone else, this man has skills!

If correctly I understood that you say that the donor not
not so good. In the USSR choice of cars not so big
Cars VAZ, the bought line at FIAT were considered as the best.
For the Russian roads FIAT was finished besides by Russians
engineers.
VAZ-2101 "Zhiguli" — cult Soviet
the car with a body like sedan. First model,
let out on Volzhsk automobile plant on April 19, 1970.

On the basis of VAZ-2101 so-called "classical" was created
family of cars VAZ which was on the conveyor
till September 17, 2012.

For release of this model in May, 1972 to the Volga automobile
the International award "Gold Mercury" was handed over to plant.
In 2000 of VAZ-2101 it was called the best domestic car of the XX century
by results of the All-Russian poll which has been carried out by the At a Wheel magazine.
For production all the time (from 1970 to 1988) the Volga automobile
