What built in CAM program are you using? I have HMS Express in Solidworks, but I am seriously considering switching over to Inventor as my default CAD program.

HSM 2016 with Inventor. Its quite amazing.

I am quite enjoying your build log thread, especially the photos.
I have often looked at my Passat power train and wondered how nice it would be in a 7 build, should the Passat ever deteriorate to the point of being a donor.
So far it is running strong at only 12 years old, but on the other hand who knows what the future may hold, if not the motor at least the IRS setup.

Have one more bracket to fab and install on steering column.

Steering done. There is a small amount of flex on the first knuckle coming out of the steering column. I will add another heim joint there. It is solid though.

Compressor and a dryer.

What a difference the dryer makes. Plasma cut 50% better, no water in the line at all.
