I have determined that Shutterfly officially sucks.

"Per our terms and conditions, Shutterfly does not allow customers to "hotlink" images from Shutterfly to a third party website. Due to an increasing number of people doing this, we had to disable this ability on our site. Please note that the images are still in your Shutterfly account, however the external links to images are no longer valid."

Try photobucket or flickr. Then they can be linked the right way. As far as I know photobucket doesnt have a problem with file sizes, all of my pictures are of 5 megs each. It just automatically downsizes them.

That works.

In picture #4 is that steel frame the PPF that connects the diff to the tranny? It looks too far to one side to be that, but I can't think of anything else it could be.

pic #4 is the shortened PPF -- if you look at the clean part you will see where a about a foot was removed and it was welded back together

Lots of nice details!

I like the retention of the ppf, inclusion of the oem swaybars, and the hanging diff.

I know it isn't finished, but I've noticed a couple things:

There are no lateral tubes under the ppf. You might be able to use a bolt on plate that picks up each node with each bolt and keep most of the ground clearance.

There is a bend in the tunnel to match the bend in the ppf that needs a lot more support.

The rear lca pivots should get a lateral tube between them.

The fenders can be supported with a 1/2" tube bent to the appropriate radius. Weld tabs (cut from .125" x1" strip) every 6 inches or so with captive nuts could attach the fender to the tube. The tube can be welded or bolted to the chassis.

The shocks should tilt inward at the top a few degrees to prevent a falling rate.

I remember reading about yours :) -- the plan for this weekend is to do the finish welding on all the stuff I just tacked

I am tired of adding metal -- just going to see how this works in testing -- then redo anything that moves enought to break

Start looking around page 325.

http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/
Also found in the suppliers section.

Bicycle inner tube or silicone setting is another option unless you are not using a C channel frame.

Ended up buying the 100 foot roll of glass setting tape (1/16 inch thick) so if some one wants to buy/have what I do not use let me know -- welding almost done so I am about ready to assemble for the next to last time to do the wiring, plumbing and body panels.
