Long time no write. Because serious progress has not happened the Current donor has been dismantled. Designed a new intake manifold for the throttles. Now we have to find where to order parts. In the meantime, we sent the cylinder head for revision. Still I will take the camshaft with the intake phase 310 phase 300 of issue overlap is 2.3. Now think on what parts to assemble the engine block..... And not only... In fact a lot of worries. While making the adaptation of the shift lever.

The second picture of the nose (the one with the driver sporting a helmet) looks the best in my opinion. The first one looks too square (very much like a Series 4 Seven) and the third one looks a bit flat.

Honestly say that the first picture was done in a hurry. And Yes, it's terrible.

All kind time of day.
So a little about the project. Now going over the wiring and remove all unnecessary. And for one make box under the dashboard. I got the flanges for a homemade manifold under throttle. Yet given the professionals to modify the cylinder head. To broaden the channels, to supply light valve and so on.... I bought a used camshaft, well, a hunchback))

I see how you're using one of the roll cage tubes to support the bottom of the dash panel instead of the usual removeable scuttle. Interesting... that should help stiffen the chassis some.

Lotus made big claims about the tubular dash on the CSRs, but I doubt their bent, small diameter tubes were as strong as your cage tube.

If I understand correctly, you think that the box is mounted on the crossmember of the roll cage? In fact, the box of the instrument panel is removable.

The valve close while the piston is on the up stroke. Some small amount of fuel will be blown backwards into the trumpets at idle. On a cold day you can sometimes see the fuel fog, particularly if a high performance camshaft is installed.

It would be a good idea to take one of your bad prints and drop it in a small container of gasoline to see if it dissolves, gets soft, or is otherwise affected.

If the plastic is not fuel-resistant, epoxy paint would work for protection.

Yes of course I'll take this moment into account. Perhaps, then I even cut aluminum.

Finally, I made plates for fixing brake calipers and brackets for steering rods. In one place I was promised to do 2 months and did not. And in another place these details were done quite quickly, but also not to the end. You need to drill the holes for the bolts to 10mm. Tomorrow I'll take it to work, I'll finish it.

Hello. Here are some more reporting photos.
I continue to lay the wiring. Has connected all devices. The ignition button is already working, the toggle switch turns on the light. Installed all the relays and the injection engine.
He ordered the channels for the turner under the collector (long time). Meanwhile, welded the conductor under the intake manifold. Still welded the tap to the exhaust manifold.
