If it was easy and quick what would be the challenge or the reward? I think the struggle is a necessary prerequisite.

Wish I hadn't had to sell the 'Rotus'
New house, no garage & 2 new cars now, fun budget is about gone, for now.
Maybe if one of the nearby mancave/storage unit places has some spaces open up, I'll give it another shot.
