Ok. Been able to do some work on the car. Managed to get the frame painted and floors installed. Biggest thing is I made removable side panels started out with Fleece material. Will finish with body filler later but it was a cool process and has all kinds of possibilities for one off's.

Engine now in. All lines run. Need to work on wiring to get it running but progress is being made.

Your progress is looking good. That's an interesting concept for the side panels. What's the thought process for those?
How is your exhaust routed and what muffler(s) are you using?

Congratulations on the first drive, it's all down hill from here. The car is nice and quiet for an S2000.

No muffler yet. Just a collector pipe that goes into a 3.5" collector. As far as side panels, I wanted something that I could shape and maybe give a little different look.

I moved the peddles, made one piece tilt up hood, modified seats, added fenders and a trunk.

Is that one small muffler the only thing you have to quiet the exhaust? If so I think the exhaust will be way too loud, probably well over 100dB (Most track sound limits). Once the S2000 engine hits Vtec under load it screams.

Will start with the muffler and see. This is not necessarily going to be a track car.

OK, was able to form the back half of the car using my fleece method for shaping. Made front hood tilt and redid rear suspension for 4th time. Still have tons of body work, lights front fenders, dash, windshield, etc. etc. etc. but progress is being made.

Finally finished all the body panels. All hand made except for the nose, which was integrated into the hood.
