Cool, I just noticed this. Its always nice to have another local builder; I just graduated from Tech and am finally getting around to finishing mine (fingers crossed). That's awesome that you're building in the back of PKT where Andrew did his. From the looks of your blog you're making great progress, keep it up!

It's been quite a while since I've posted on here. Can't believe it's been 7 years since I started! I took the car for inspection in CT a few weeks ago - what a nightmare. Need a PE to sign off on the frame because it's home built. I created a thread in the registration forum if anyone has some advice.

In the meantime, I thought I'd share some recent photos for anyone else building a BEC with Yamaha R1.
