Glad to help!

Bader, here are the pieces to make the oil pressure sender adapter. I'd buy a couple different lengths of pipe to figure out the best one to use, since you lose some length when they screw together.

Thanks again for your help. Had some success today.
Home Depot provided the male-male pipe extension and female-female 90° elbow so that I could attach the oil pressure sensor. Yeah! :D
Got some extended 90° elbows from Performance Steel. Installed, attached hose, and now no kinks. Yeah! :D
After looking at the pulleys again. I may just keep them as is & test with belt. I am not seeing the slight deviation I saw yesterday. Maybe I need my eyes examined?
Developed a new bracket for the tranny linkage. Metal is much thicher than previous version and is in the appropriate spot for the linkage pin. Yeah! :D Will paint it black if it gets final approval from the shift linkage guy.
Installed the gas tank line fittings. Getting a little tight in this area. :( Before I commit to a fix i want to see how the shifter & linkage will impact the tunnel area.

Looks to me like the TR-83 Exo's engine compartment will end up being just a little bit bigger.

He Andy, do this before you button up the tunnel.
Made by DEI and can take 500deg constant.
The fuel line especially.

Well I figured that since this was TR 82 that the new "improved model" would be 83.

OK got it.

Reconfigured the coolant tubes and hosing to make room for the gas line in the tunnel chase. Also wanted to make sure the brake lines already running through would not be negatively affected by the coolant tubing. Basically had to get rid of the nice looking chrome coolant hosing collars on both ends of the aluminum tubes and trim the tubes a bit to ensure a good fit in the tunnel. Everything fits much better now, but is still tight.

Finally was able to get back to it.... connected a flexible hose from the hard line to the clutch slave cylinder (needed a bunch of adapters and learned how to flare pipe in the process); installed a horn, & tightened exhaust header bolts (to 25 ft lbs w/ antisieze).

Some minor progress this weekend:
Capped off the brake boost vaccuum line on the back of the carb since we won't be using power brakes.
Capped off the timed (ported) vacuum line on the carb since most people are recommending going with the manifold vacuum to connect to the vacuum advance on the distributor. Comments are welcome on this one....
Capped of the 1/2" hole on the intake - not sure what these ports are for anyway....
Added some electrical connections to the carb's electronic choke.
Inserted the oil dipstick tube and dipstick. Not as easy as one would think. At first I thought I had the wrong size tube since it didn't seem to fit. Learned a neat trick to help the insert. Freeze the tube to shrink it a bit, insert the tube, then give it a couple of love taps with a hammer. Definitely a nice tight fit.
Readjusted fuel pump elbows
Readjusted the thermostat housing.
We're learning.....

And no protection for one's own personal "stones" from stones of the rock variety?
Perhaps fans of exo-cars are too tough to worry about such things...
