So that's it, today was effectively my last day with a garage full of tools. I'm proud to say I managed to use the mill, lathe, MIG, TIG, and a dozen other tools for various reasons.

The car currently has working steering, brakes, clutch, throttle, shifter, fuel system, and cooling system (the rad may be currently held in place with zip ties).

It still needs the ignition wired to a switch to start, but since I'm officially selling my house Monday at 9am, I'll have to finish that up at our temporary abode. At least I'll get to drive the car a bit before either selling it or storing it at the in-laws for the next decade...

I vote you keep it, I had a couple pretty long breaks during my build during which mine was stored, but I'm pretty glad I kept it and eventually finished it. Yours looks like it will be a lot of fun. Any idea on weight?

1200lbs or so. I'm sure I'll get a really good idea when I get it down from the table today...

Yeah I wouldn't mind keeping it. It's just the matter of storing it outside under a carport rather than in a garage that bothers me. That and I don't like to leave cars sitting for months, let alone years. I can always build another one...

One last picture, then we'll call this build thread done. Well, maybe there will be a driving vid here soon.

Great work with the Aluminum. I am super excited about the fact that you can heat treat it in your oven.
