http://www.tn.gov/revenue/vehicle/contactinfo.htmIf you can get titled, the title may indicate the vehicle is a 2012, or qualify as a "reconstructed title" based on the CMC MSO, with the production year being the same as the production year for the chassis.
There may be a problem with using a bike engine in the car. Registration requires passing an emission's test for vehicles produced after 1975 in your county.
