Vermont DMV. Download the PDF, fill it in, mail it back with a check. You get a
Vermont license plate and registration. Take Registration to your local DMV and
register it in your state. Vermont does not title vehicles older than 25 years,
so the reggie is all you get/need.
I have done this MANY times.
