I've always wondered why this wasn't a thing. Aside from having to redesign that corner of the chassis, it seems like the easier way to go.

Bumping this up to see if the OP has made any progress.

I was actually considering trying the leaf spring setup on the rear like he did. Would make things a lot easier and cheaper.

Hey Hello everyone.
Sorry that i didnt post since long. I mean since very long.
Here is quick update. I drove the car a little bit in Feb/March 2016. Its nice ride.
Then due to monsoon i had to keep it covered, so i have not touched it since last 5 months. Work will commence on 2nd or 3rd week of October and will be finished. Structurally the car is complete just the body work is remaining.

Hey guys! Here's an update.

Work resumed today.

Left and right side panel were made, also firewall. I have used 20 gauge MS sheet, as aluminium is quite costly for me. It will add weight but I have no other option.
