So I start trolling this forum just over 6 years ago. Started to build a 442E frame, got over ambitious and build a engine, started on the frame, and then life happened. Two kids a house and some life mishaps later I think it is finally time to make this project a reality, LOL. Looking forward to hearing all your input and suggestions as the project rises from the ashes.

Were you able to salvage any of your previous work, or keep the donor parts during your off-time?

Yeah luckily I was able to keep everything, but in the meantime was able to get some TIG welding practice in and made some tool improvements, so basically started over on most of the frame (which I'm OK with). Motor has been sitting wrapped in plastic wrap, and the rest of the donor parts were properly stored so they should all be ready for whenever they are needed.
