it's in the wrong side of Canada for me
Anyways, it seems like the kind of deal I see all the time. Quick local kijiji check...
http://toronto.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicle ... Z301547345So is that a really good deal then?
I was hoping to find a 'beaten up/lightly crashed one for well under a grand... I have time on my side for this
Or I could spend some money, get a driver and run it around for a while & have some fun
Ya, they are more frequent in the Toronto area. Thats where I found mine, as slim pickins here on the prairies. The point is to stop watching them go by and grab one.
Is it a good deal?
Well I don't think give or take a coulpe hundred is gonna matter in ther big picture. I paid $1300 for mine with a pushed in nose (115000km mind you, no rust) and after parting the car out and keeping the usual (driveline uprights, brakes, wiring harness, wheels, seats, steerring, etc) I have still made back almost $1700.
Most importently it turned me from a Lurker/dreamer to a builder! Good Deal? You Bet!
