all it needs are two flexi front brake lines, about two feet of hard brake line and keys coded.
it has been painted inside but not outside, meaning the bodywork needs paint but is primed.

sale is due to me not being able to find work for 15 months with no hope of any change in the near future and my wife had an accident at work and the medical bills have not been paid by their insurers.

i have in excess of $6000.00 invested in the build so far and would like to reap as much back as possible.

specs.
2.3 duratec with 95000 miles on clock, duratec transmission from a ranger, intake manifilod from a focus.
rear end is merkur scorpio independant with fabricated uprights, merkur brakes.
front spindles and brakes are merkur scorpio.
suspension is qa1 coilovers, and is fully adjustable and hiem jointed
steering rack is center steer sand rail and the column is ford ranger
engine management is ford ranger as is the instument cluster and wiring harness
fuel tank is ford explorer
there is a spare wheel which fits in the trunk and is a space saver.
lighting is rear landrover stop/tail, turn and reverse, front is single head lamps with internal marker and amber turn.
seats are kirkey roadster with covers
windshield is fabricated with green tint laminated glass with m.g. midget wipers and powered by a ford ranger motor giving full functions, fast slow and intermitant
pedals are wilwood with two brake and one clutch master cylinders
nose piece is speedway motors with cast aluminum grill
trunk lid is fibre glass fabricated
rear panel is steel all the rest is aluminum, steel welded in floor
shifter is fabricated
street rod heater
aluminum radiator from summit racing

if you put fuel in the tank and get coded keys made by a locksmith it should run and be 2003 california emmission complyant.

the vehicle is not registered and is built to arizona requirements

Sorry to hear, but hopefully this can help everything work out better in the long run. While it is a pretty personalized build, that's certainly not a bad deal considering the amount of work you've already put into it and how close it is to completion. Good luck with the sale!

Since I don't see a note, I'm assuming that the car is still available?
