Looking for a 2 piece driveshaft with center bearing flange for early 80's Corolla. Anyone have one laying around, cheap?

Are you looking for the complete driveshaft or part of it with the center bearing?

I may have the center bearing. I am out of town over the weekend but will have a look on Monday if you want.

I had a look above the garage and can't seem to locate the bearing at the moment. I will have to look in other places which may take a while. Sorry. Surely somebody has one on here. They aren't used in a 7, not as a driveshaft anyway. Mine is only 16" long, driveshaft

Thanks for looking Graham. I got the idea for the Toyota driveshaft from Del Long, who happened to have had one, but pitched it this spring in a cleanup of his shop. Doh! :BH:

BTW, the reason I'm looking is that the Quaife reverse box in my BEC 7 died last fall. I had hoped it would be an inexpensive fix, but recently got the quote back for ~$1500 for repair, or ~$1800 for replacement. Don't have that kind of $$ to spend right now, so trying to figure out a way to get the car back on the road to be able to enjoy yet this year by re-doing the front part of the driveshaft to take up where the reverse box was.
