excellent for Vintage racing as G/P C/P or B/P

This older chassis is currently partially restored and can also be available with

BMC 'A' ( Sprite) race motor or

a TVR Kent Crossflow motor, or a

Crossflow Ford with Dual Webers ( a Formula Ford motor plus dual Webers)

This is not a LOTUS Factory chassis

The frame appears it may have been British , as the beautiful construction is all gas fitted, similar to the '52 Buckler Mk 10 we are restoring

Motor mounts are for Ford Kent Crossflow (Formula Ford) but can be altered

Rack and pinion steering, ATE dual piston front discs, rear drums

When we acquired the car from an auto museum, there were no body panels, as shown in the photo as acquired. ,The car had always been kept indoors, and the frame was all orange primer
Body panels on these cars are easy to fabricate, which is why these cars were so popular back in the day.

The nose piece is included with the car

The Cortina GT crossflow motor and transmission have been removed and sold to a gentleman who is restoring a GT, as was the steering wheel..otherwise the car is complete as shown in the picture before restoration was begun.. so the dash, instruments, radiator, and wiring harness are included

The tires are Michelin MXL 185/70 R13's and appear to have never been driven on, but not suitable for serious racing.

Other pictures of the car as acquired, and during restoration, come with the car

Excellent opportunity for completion of a SVRA or similar Group 1, 3, or 8 Vintage Race car...the hardest part already done, and the components are vintage correct.

After blasting, the etch primer, and finish paint was applied, the suspension components were re-assembled, the car was weighed, before the wheels were installed.

Weights 180 rear and 195 front total 375.

Available now as an affordable rolling Project for Winter Completion
