Hey Doug
I'll take it, consider it sold. I have the books from Gibbs and Champion, might as well have Tanner's, who knows it might inspire me to build another 7.
PM me for payment options, I'll pick it up next year when I get back from Barbados.
Cheers!

Tripped out to Doug's (blownmiata91) place on Sat. There was a bit of a gathering actually. Mike (Dutchie30) came over with a friend of his that owns a 7. Doug's neighbour, who is a motorhead, came over also.
So we spent a couple of fine hours shootin' the sh1t, and looking over Doug's build, getting an update on Mike's build, and talking Locost.
Very fine craftsmanship on Doug's build. We traded tips, tricks, and secrets and came away smarter than we were before.
All in all a great time, we all agreed to do it again.
Oh, and I am now the owner of Keith Tanners book How To Build A Cheap Sportscar! Might give me inspiration to build a 7!!
Thanks Doug

Agreed, that was fun the other day.
thanks for the compliment, indeed high praise from a fellow builder of your skill and reputation. As we discussed, it is interesting to see how different everyone's projects can be.
I'll let you know when I'm going to fire it up for the first time, should be soon.
cheers
Doug
