Hi,
I am looking to purchase a bike powered locost or rolling frame. I am open to other options if the deal is good enough but really prefer a roller or bike powered car.

I am primarily looking at +442 as I am 6'3" ~240lbs but would be open to looking at a book size as I have never gotten the opportunity to sit in or drive one.

Let me know what you have,
Ryan

You might want to get a ride in one first. BEC cars are fast loud brutal and terrible in stop and go traffic. I always wanted one until I got a ride in one.

Here is one that was listed in San Diego, California. You'll have to see if it is still for sale.

Put your location in your avatar. Maybe someone will give you a ride in one. Russ

I will add my location and see if someone can give me a ride. I am aware that it will be an awful street car, but I am looking for mostly a track toy with occasional twisty cruises.

Thanks for the tip though.

Talk to tundra. He is in GB. I'll have my car up in Door Co. in early July. Both of these cars are CEC though. Russ

Already met, talked to and looked at tundras car. I'd be very interested to take a look at yours when it's around too.

Russ's car (Trialsmangasgas) is the closest car to the "book" as you will find this side of the Atlantic Ocean. But if you wait till July, Stay with us for the (almost) Annual "Midwest Se7ens Gathering". There you should see several all together.

BTW, Has anybody stepped up to host 2019 yet?

I will certainly keep my eyes open for the gathering. Sounds like a great place to get ideas and meet some awesome people.
