Post links to Ebay craigslist or other auction sites when you see something you are not interested in that may be of use to other locost builders.

Somebody please buy this donor Miata before it drives me crazy. It's only 4 hours from me, but I have no way to tow it back home...

U-haul is your friend.
They rent trucks and trailers.

A couple of Appleton steering racks on ebay:

I offered $100 for one of the ones listed at $125 and the offer was accepted. So you might even be able to do slightly better.

This looks like a find on my local Craigs List, if you've got one toe in the pool (so to speak) and you are looking to get wet this may be your chance!

The 86 tcoupe is not an IRS but rather an 8.8 solid axle, I think it is late enough to have rear disks and probably intercoler. This engine is a bit tall and heavy.

Looked nice, thought one of our members could find it useful.

Looks like maybe Coveland is going out of the Locost business? They have a bunch of fenders for cheap on ebay at the moment.

I know they have a bad rep around here, but does anyone have issues with their fenders?

Definately looks like a clearance sell.

I got a pair of aluminum front fenders. They are pretty nice. Count on a lot of work if you want to go the "polished" look. The tooling marks from the shrinker are really deep. You wont be able to sand them out. I knifed edged one area trying to sand it down. Said screw it, sanded them sort of even and just painted em. I'm sure I'll damage them with cones on the autox somehow. If I dont I'll just use bondo to smooth them out when I decided to get a real paint job.

This doesn't have a lot to do with Locosts but Mizzou has an old FSAE car for sale:
