Took the car on what looks like the last All British Run (in september) between Vancouver and Whistler. A friend took these pics, and let me say it was a wee bit wet:

Way to go rain and all.

I asked my wife about going and she said, "not unless you can add side curtains". Good thing I didn't talk her into going, she wouldn't have been impressed by the weather.

What's with the front license plate or is it something else?

The "license plate thingee" is the Run placard, similar to the ones they used on the older rallies, ie Monte Carlo:


Unfortunately, mine got a little to wet to hang on the garage wall. Oh well, there were only 99 cars on the run, and somthing in the neighbourhood of 150 registerred. So i can take another one and hang it up. But, it wont have my number on it, #011.
