The spammers have found a new way in. Hate to do this, butwe may need to delete a few thousand spam accounts that have registered in the past few months. Problem is, that would likely delete a moderate number of legitimate users, too. So, if you've joined in the last half-year and have never made any posts, please go to this thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=11296 ...and make a post, any post. This will show you're a human, and your account won't be deleted. Any recent account that has zero posts in a day or two will be deleted, so please make a post today. Sorry for the brute-force fix. Hopefully we'll find a more graceful fix before the hammer falls. -dave |

This should be sent out as an admin email, chances are a lot of legit users won't see this thread either. Not that deleting them matters too much if they haven't posted. What's the point of an account if you don't post? You can see all the threads without being logged in anyway. |

Okay, this has been done. Only accounts that have never posted were deleted. Let's see if it ebbs the flow of spam...  If your account was deleted, you can simply re-register with your old ID...or create a new one. JSullivan wrote: Can you see attached images without being registered? Yes. |
