On the home stretch and need some assistance on figuring out what parts I will need for the lighting wiring.

Trying to figure out what I will relays for.

Currently have a relay for the low and a relay for the high beams. Do I need a relay for the running, turn signals, and brake lights? Not sure at what point a relay comes into play.

Dave, You should not need relays if your donor steering wiring and brake light harness is 16 gauge wire or larger. It's designed to carry the current. About the only thing you would need ar relay for would be rad fan [20 to 25 amp] and may be if you have dual horns. Dave W

I'm making a separate harness specifically for the lighting. I ran 16gauge for the lighting and horn. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't over whelming the switches.

I'm running Halogen lamps on Tetanus and the R1 project, so I put relays in the light circuit. The switch is just triggering the relay power.
