that's a great resource!

To tag along with it - most belt manufacturers follow this formula for their PN's.. K060740 or something like that. The formula is typically K0Y0XXX. in the above form, 6 is a 6 rib belt, 740 is length in inches (74.0). a 4 rib 50" belt would be K040500.

IIRC K in Gates nomenclature is a serpentine belt. Their V belts are all YVXXX where Y is the section width (measured in 8ths of an inch) and XXX is the length in inches (3V630, would be a 3/8 wide belt with a 63" length). For a cogged or 'split' V belt, it would be 3VX630.
