I was reading up on this. Apparently, in the classic version, the button could be pushed to disable the fuel pump, and then be pushed again to enable it. In the newer version, there is no button. In the event of a collision, the switch is reset by simply shutting off the ignition and then switching it back on. Occasionally this must be done more than once.

I read it on the internet so it must be true! :?
